HRS has been established in Hong Kong since 1996. HRS visions human capital divided into 2 levels: Intellectual Capital and Physical Capital. HRS focuses its resources in management and development of intellectual capital. For the physical capital, it is managed by HRS’ arm of a medical group: HMMP Limited.

For the first two decades, HRS has been successfully providing professional services to MNC and emerging companies. We facilitate the development of “Human Bank” for these corporations and building up their talents to meet future needs and challenges. Most of our clients are Fortune 500 companies.

With our expertise and understanding of needs in Human Capital, we focus our resources to the development side of the people, from young age through adulthood. Our aim is to facilitate people to identify their own strength together with aspiration in their early years. We believe the meaning of “JOB” will be redefined very differently along the advance of technology and environment.

HRS cooperates with well-known institutions including universities and colleges in the United States and the United Kingdom.

In 2019, we co-operated with professional firms in UK. We designed and offered exposure programs in University of Oxford and University of Cambridge to students in Asia. (The Program has been delayed until post-COVID19)

In first half of 2019, HRS’ affiliated company cooperated with the Chinese Sports Association (中国体育协会) and other organizations to hold the 2019 National Learning Capability Competition in Beijing. Children from different provinces and cities across the country, gathered at Beijing to participate for this competition.

In 2020, HRS has formed a JV project with China Association of Trade Services (中国服务贸易协会). The mandate of the JV is to upgrade working and professional skills of women in China
